Updated October 17, 2026. This page covers www.cleanersignal.com.
The free audit form
The form asks for your name, email, shop name, and city and state, and optionally your website and a note. When you send it, our server saves it in our own database, with the page of this site you sent it from, so our team can see it in the app we work in, and emails it to our inbox (hello@cleanersignal.com) through our email provider, Resend, with your address as the reply-to so we can answer you.
We use it to look up your shop, send you the audit, and reply to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Keeping out spam
To stop repeated or automated requests, the server remembers the network address (IP) a request came from for up to an hour, in memory only, and then forgets it. Each audit request is also saved with a scrambled version of that address (a keyed hash, which cannot be turned back into the address), so we can count requests from one connection.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ad trackers or third-party scripts. Its fonts, pictures and videos come from our own site and file storage. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for a short time to run and protect the site.
The sample shop and client sign-in
The sample shop’s website (under /s/) is a demonstration: its forms do not save or send anything, and its map and address suggestions load from Google. Client login opens our app at app.cleanersignal.com, which only our clients and our team can sign in to.
Questions or deletion
Email hello@cleanersignal.com to ask what we have from you, or to have us delete it.
