Common questions
Is this only for shops with pickup and delivery?
No. For a counter shop, the website brings people to your door with your services, hours and directions, and the emails and specials invite them back. If you do not offer pickup, your website and emails leave it out.
What is my part each month?
You approve the month’s special and respond to the customers who contact your shop; we draft those replies for you. We handle everything else.
Will this work with my point-of-sale system?
Yes. During your first week we connect to your register and import your customer history. SMRT and CleanCloud connect directly, so orders arrive as they happen; other registers connect through the export they already produce. If your register cannot export, we will explain at the audit what that changes.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
Not necessarily. If it works well on a phone, we can keep it and add what is missing. If it does not, we will explain why and can build you a new one.
What happens if I cancel?
Service continues through the month you have paid for. If you keep only the website, we host it for $65 a month and keep your customer data archived in case you restart. If you leave entirely, we send you a copy of your website’s pages, text and photos to host elsewhere and an export of your customer data, then permanently delete that data from our systems. Your domain, Google profile and customer list remain yours.
Do you come to my shop?
Yes. For shops in metro Atlanta and North Georgia, your first week is in person at your shop. If your shop is farther away, please contact us.
